Опис вакансії

Job Purpose

We’re looking for a Mid-Senior Specialist to develop internal communications for our multicultural IT company of 1,100+ employees, joining our Global HR team. Based on the established strategy and plan, you’ll prepare digests, articles, interviews, and support All-Hands meetings in English. You’ll also establish connections with other functions and stakeholders to foster beneficial cooperation.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing an internal communication strategy to support business needs; keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Creating and keeping an internal communication plan of content and events up to date.
  • Creating content to support employee’s engagement, highlighting their achievements and success-stories. Helping to prepare monthly digest.
  • Self-preparation of basic visuals according to the brand book.
  • Helping to prepare on-line All-Hands meeting in Teams (organizing event, working on the content part of the presentation, support with hosting the event).
  • Following team’s and company’s OKRs.
  • Gathering and analysis of best practices and trends in the corporate internal communication field.
  • Other tasks related to internal communications needs of our company.

Main requirements:

  • English language level — Advanced. You need to be able to write and speak without boundaries.
  • Communications, Marketing, Employer Branding, PR experience 2+ years.
  • Highly proficient copywriting skills.
  • Skills in Canva, Photoshop, or Figma will be your great advantage.
  • IT industry-related experience of 1+ years is a plus.
  • Master’s degree in journalism, PR, Marketing or a related field.
