Our client is a large company rapidly developing in the field of transportation logistics services in the USA, and they have opened a vacancy for a Logistics Dispatcher position with proficiency in English in Kyiv.
Requirements:
- High level of English (starting from B1);
- Negotiation skills with a focus on results;
- Effective communication skills;
- Ability to achieve set goals;
- Demonstrated desire for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently source and book cargoes;
- Provide exceptional customer service;
- Identify suitable carries for cargo transportation;
- Control proposals for cargo transportation to ensure cost efficiency;
- Proactively seek out and develop client relationships;
- Resolve any non-standard situations that arise during transportation.
