Dynamics 365 developer

Job Description:

An experienced senior level technical Dynamics 365 developer for our Software as a Service team. This team is responsible for providing Dynamics 365 solutions to meet the business needs of our partners. As a senior Dynamics 365 developer, they will be expected to perform a complete range of information system analysis assignments including, but not limited to, designing, developing, testing, and implementing support for Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions using Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI applications.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of MSFT Dynamics 365 CE, Customer Voice, Customer Insights, Power Platform, Power Apps, and Azure Communication Services
• Proficiency in advanced functional configuration
• Proficiency in the configuration and maintenance of power automate flows including configuration of fetch xml
• Proficiency in the configuration and use of Azure Communication Services (ACS)
• Power BI proficiency is a plus
• Java script familiarity is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test and maintain MS dynamics 365 applications based on business requirements.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 solutions including power automate flows.
• Implement and troubleshoot integrations with other systems including workflows and web services.
• Implement and maintain access control based on roles and security best practices.
• Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team.
• Effectively articulate potential solutions, ideas, and suggestions clearly
