Our Client is looking for a versatile and talented All-Rounder Designer to join their team and contribute to their diverse range of projects, help them deliver good-looking work and keep growing .

Our Client is formed of three companies leading in the technology and consulting sector.

  • 1 Company is a global consultancy working exclusively in the B2B tech sector with offices in Amsterdam, London, Madrid and Sydney.
  • 2 Company is a consultancy firm specialized in the Public Sector in the Netherlands.
  • 3 Company is a fast-growing RPA software business headquartered in Amsterdam.

In total, the group today has 75 people, and is growing… fast! That’s why they’re looking to consolidate their creative delivery arm to support the needs of the entire Group.

Job Overview

The All-Rounder Designer will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling and functional designs across multiple mediums, including web, digital, and print. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Web Design: Design user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing web pages and interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for print and digital media, including brochures, posters, social media content, and advertisements.
  • Motion Graphics: Create engaging motion graphics and animations for videos, presentations, and digital content. (nice to have, not necessary)

Qualifications

  • Fluent English for communications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or similar) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a graphic designer, web designer, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills and projects.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motion skills and 3D skills are a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices. Ideally experience with Webflow.
  • Experience with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
  • Ability to adapt to various design styles and project requirements.
