The Role — As a Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be identifying, engaging, and recruiting highly qualified professionals for our project in the gray vertical. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong network of candidates to meet our talent acquisition needs. Your expertise in assessing candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit will be essential in ensuring successful placements.

Key Skills

1+ years experience in recruiting;
Experience with mass hiring;
Upper-intermediate level of English;
Strategic Talent Matching;
Decision-making and negotiation skills;
Multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management.

What You’ll Do

Source and identify potential candidates using diverse channels;
Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and interviews;
Cultivate and manage a diverse talent pool through networking;
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment solutions;
Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent;
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process;
Coordinate and oversee the interview process, including scheduling, and offer negotiation, onboarding;
Stay updated on industry trends and provide valuable insights to the recruiting team;
Collaborate with colleagues to improve recruitment processes and best practices.
