Junior Logistics Coordinator, Updater (USA)

We have team of 8 people already and we are currently looking for 6−8 more people to join our team.

Three main requirements to you:

1. Good speaking, and writing English with good grammar (A MUST)

2. Be proactive, ambitious and ready to learn fast

3. Be self-motivated, disciplined and multi-tasking

We’ll be working as partners. I don’t like to be a boss :) I can help, I can teach, I can motivate sometimes, but you need to be self-motivated and know why do this for?

USA Logistics market is one of the leading logistics markets in the world, with millions of people all across the Earth involved into it. It takes part in delivering your favorite chocolate, up to moving bridges and wind turbines!

What we do? — We are searching good loads for drivers (main and the most important work), providing updates to the customers, coordinating loads from pickup to the delivery and negotiating issues that may appear during the trip

The main job for junior logistics coordinators, is to work in team with dispatchers and covering operational procedures.

All people in our company start as updaters and then depending on the skills, desire and knowledge could be promoted to dispatchers or afterhours team

Both dispatchers and afterhours team receive more money, because they have more responsibilities and they book loads, receiving the percentage from them

Work process

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 14.00−15.00 till 00.00−01.00
• Schedule is flexible after training period, but we need to be always online
• Online Main training course — remotely
• During training period (2−3 months) we work only in the office. With adjustments because of curfew
• After training period partial remote work is possible
• For training period — fixed salary plus bonuses
• After training period — for updaters fixed salary plus bonuses
• Possibility to be promoted to higher position and more money

Salaries — Learning 3−5 weeks — $500

Salaries $500−2000 increasing each three months + bonuses

If you get promoted to higher postion — % from the loads booked + bonuses (totally more than $2000 or even $10,000) We have people earning this money

We are currently looking for 3 positions

1. Updaters
2. Afterhours team
3. Dispatchers

But still everybody will start as an updater
