Fleet Manager (USA Trucking Company)

This role is key to ensuring our trucks and trailers are running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. If you have a strong understanding of fleet maintenance, love solving problems, and can work cross-functionally, we want to hear from you! Conditions

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8 am — 5 pm EST
• Salary: $1350 — $1750

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative maintenance (PM) and repair scheduling for trucks and trailers
• Coordinate with vendors, negotiate repair costs, and minimize downtime
• Review and manage tire condition reports and enforce timely replacements
• Track and monitor units at repair shops or drop trailer locations
• Maintain repair records and equipment logs
• Conduct driver check-ins and ensure regular inspections
• Collaborate daily with dispatch, safety, and after-hours teams
• Submit weekly reports on equipment status and fleet performance

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in fleet, equipment, or maintenance management (trucking preferred)
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, tire management, and DOT compliance
• Ability to use tools like spreadsheets and fleet management systems
• Fluent in English (Russian is a plus)
• Organized, detail-focused, and team-oriented
