Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming requests for car rentals and flight bookings.
• Assisting clients at every stage — from their initial inquiry to service completion and contract signing.
• Collecting customer feedback and resolving any issues.
• Helping with the preparation of necessary documents and services.

• Competitive salary: $1,000 base + bonuses.
• Option to work remotely or from the office.
• Working hours: 10:00 AM — 7:00 PM.

What We Expect from You:

• English proficiency: B1, B2, C1, or C2.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
