Junior UI/UX Designer (Trainee)

KodiX is looking for a Trainee / Junior UI/UX Designer to join our office in Lviv!

We are looking for a motivated UI/UX Designer who is ready to start or continue their professional journey and work on real projects in a supportive team environment.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Trainee / Junior UI/UX Designer who wants to grow, improve their skills, and gain hands-on experience by working on real web and mobile products.

What is important to us

• Basic skills in Figma (Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator will be a plus)

• Understanding of UI/UX design basics, color theory, typography, and composition

• Basic knowledge of UX principles and interface usability

• Ability to work with vector and raster graphics

• Understanding of target audience and basic user psychology

• Willingness to explain and justify design decisions

• English level B1 or higher (for working with interfaces and documentation)

• Motivation to learn, responsibility, and attention to detail

What you will be doing

• Creating design concepts and mood boards

• Designing interfaces and prototypes for web and mobile applications

• Working with and developing a design system (components, colors, fonts)

• Participating in testing and improving design solutions

• Analyzing user behavior and modern design trends

• Collaborating closely with developers and other team members
