Опис вакансії

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the commercial cleaning industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance business development efforts.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyze performance metrics.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for outside sales initiatives.
Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their skills in customer service and technical sales.
