Campusboard.co.uk is an innovative online platform revolutionizing university accommodation in Europe. We’ve created a cutting-edge tech product that streamlines the process of finding and booking student housing.

Due to the high-value nature of each sale (£7k — £20k), our Sales Team provides individual assistance to our clients (inbound leads only), answering their questions about a potential property and ensuring they book with us — we earn commission from property owners for successful referrals.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with clients: Communicate with university students worldwide via phone, chat, and email to help them choose and book their ideal accommodation (managing 100−200 leads per week depending on the season).
  • Coordinate with building managers through phone and email to process bookings efficiently.
  • Hit your targets: Drive sales and consistently meet weekly and monthly goals.
  • Deliver top-notch service: Maintain and contribute to our outstanding 4.9/5 TrustPilot rating.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a results-driven and organized individual with a passion for sales and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience: 2+ years in sales, with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Fluent in English (C1+) with excellent written and verbal abilities.
  • Tech-savviness: Comfortable with CRM tools and dashboards; quick to learn new technologies.
  • Strong organization: Able to manage high volumes of leads daily and maintain effective follow-ups.
  • Focus and drive: With many leads to work through, you must have a knack for identifying high-potential leads and turning them into bookings, ensuring you meet your sales targets.

Role Details

  • Location: Fully remote, based anywhere in Europe.
  • Schedule: 9:30 AM — 6:00 PM (UK time), full time or part-time, with some flexibility.
  • Employment: We can start on Part-Time and transition to Full-Time.
  • Team: Join a small but growing team of five, reporting directly to the COO & CEO.
  • Compensation: A small base salary plus uncapped commission, with potential earnings of $1k-$3k/month based on performance.
