Digital Marketing Specialist

It’s an excellent opportunity for emerging talent seeking a unique experience in helping grow international companies, brands, and relations across the US,UK and EU.

This is an execution‑first junior role for a marketer who wants to grow into a T‑shaped professional. You’ll help us validate and launch multiple micro‑bets: shipping content, campaigns and improving marketing efficiency, launching ppc campaigns, working with influencers to promote the product that you will oversee.

Responsibilities

• Research competitors, market, keywords, best channels and strategies for digital products.
• Turn customer pains and industry signals into converting funnels dedicated to acquire users, not the brand building.
• Build landing pages with ppc funnels on them, content seed activities, experiment with channels: SEO, influencers, UGC, video, etc.
• Create converting ads with creos, lead magnets, hooks and launch/maintain Google/Meta ppc campaigns.
• Coordinate async with design/PM/freelancers to unblock bottlenecks and hit deadlines.
• Use AI tools for ideation/scaling content responsibly; keep clean UTMs and simple dashboards to show impact.

Requirements

• Good written English (using AI or similar tools).
• Must be proficient in prompting and utilising the latest models of ChatGPT to create organic-like communications.
• Good communication techniques, basic marketing hooks and funnels, and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of using Figma, spreadsheeting.
• Good understanding of SEO, keywording, linkbuilding.
• Understanding on how to create convertible ppc ads, lead magnets.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent results and detailed reports while working on the goal-based model independently.
• Perfect with time management and task prioritisation, disciplined, and focused — must.
• Be motivated to exceed expectations, work under tight hours, and deliver excellent results over the expected time.
