Marketing Manager Assistant

We’re looking for a person with natural marketing and communication talents, who is ambitious, firm-charactered, and charismatic to achieve challenging goals while working independently with multiple digital products in FinTech and AI. Responsibilities

• Research for opportunities of participation in conferences by talking with organisers, and creating targeted funnels for them.
• Research the opportunities in partnerships, competitions, and awards for the digital products and brands.
• Create and drive communications of the brands and innovative projects in the current focus of the incubator.
• Create and execute campaigns in various channels (LinkedIn, email, ppc) dedicated to lead generation, brand awareness, marketing exposure, and partnership acquisition.
• Create content and drive social media activity for selected products.
• Help with sales/marketing operational tasks, communications with partners, outreach, etc.
• Research content publishing opportunities, partnerships with journalists, media venues, and news websites.
• Create and design compelling presentations in Figma.
• Participate in product development and QA.
• Use AI, modern tech to develop winning communications.
• Structure CRM, reports, datasheets, decks, schedules, and keep everything in clear order.

Requirements

• We’re not particularly looking for the specific number of years of experience. Still, it’s essential to have something to showcase in your CV about skills/knowledge of lead generation in LinkedIn, outreach campaigns, and B2B SMM. Still, any proven experience with content, communication, and marketing-related tasks described in the responsibilities would be a great plus. If you do not have content to share, we require a test task that showcases your funnel writing skills.
• Understanding of marketing management, lead generation, funnels, CTAs, and hook building.
• Good written English (using AI or similar tools). If spoken is lame, it’s ok.
• Good skills in prompting and utilising the latest models of ChatGPT to create organic-like communications.
• Good communication techniques, understanding of basic marketing hooks, funnels, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of using Figma, enough to edit designs and create presentations.
• Continuously learn and grow every day with proven results.
• Understanding of the product lifecycle, user flows, and basic QA processes.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent results and detailed reports while working on the goal-based model independently.
• Perfect with time management and task prioritisation, disciplined, and focused — must.
• Be motivated to exceed expectations, work under tight deadlines, and deliver excellent results within the expected time.
