    About the Role: We are a fast-growing American roofing company seeking a motivated and professional Sales Manager to join our team remotely. This full-time role focuses on handling inbound leads, providing exceptional client communication, and managing the sales process from start to finish.

    Location: Remote (Must be able to work in New York Time Zone)

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Compensation:

    • 1st Month: $1000
    • 2nd Month: $1200 + KPI (Key Performance Indicators) bonus from $200 to $500

    Work Schedule: Monday — Friday, 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM (New York Time) (3 PM — 12 AM Ukrainian Time)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead Management & Sales:
      • Respond to inbound calls and assist potential clients in understanding our services
      • Convert leads into booked appointments through strong communication and consultative sales techniques
    • Client Communication:
      • Communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle — from initial consultation to project completion
      • Address client questions, warranty issues, and general inquiries in a timely and professional manner
    • Customer Satisfaction:
      • Build lasting client relationships to encourage referrals and collect positive reviews
    • Team Collaboration:
      • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and promotional strategies
      • Assist in developing both online and offline sales teams

    Requirements

    • Proven sales experience and a strong understanding of the sales lifecycle
    • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
    • Confident computer user with experience using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
    • Previous experience in a sales manager role is a plus
