Sales manager

We’re Hiring: Sales Manager (Remote, Full-Time)

We are a New York-based logistics company specializing in the transportation of high-value fine art and antiques. Over the years, we’ve been trusted by galleries, collectors, auction houses, and artists across the U.S. and internationally. We’re currently expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join us remotely.

About the role:

As a Sales Manager, you will communicate with clients, respond to inquiries, and guide them through our logistics solutions — from initial contact to closing the deal. You’ll work with a wide range of clients in the art world and help ensure their valuable pieces are shipped safely and professionally.

What you’ll do:

• Engage with inbound and outbound leads (email, phone, chat);
• Present our services and build relationships with new clients;
• Manage the full sales cycle and keep detailed records in CRM;
• Collaborate with our logistics and customer support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

What we’re looking for:

• Fluent English (C1 or higher) — both spoken and written;
• Sales experience (1+ year preferred);
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently;
• Strong attention to detail and client-oriented mindset;
• Interest in art/logistics is a plus, but not required.
