Conversion Club

Conversion Club is an international platform and community that brings together leading affiliate marketing teams and industry experts. We create large-scale marketing conferences, media products, and educational initiatives that shape the market.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager who will lead the marketing direction of our conference projects and ensure strong alignment between marketing and the event department.

    8:30−17:30 CET

    9:30−18:30 EET (1-hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing Development

  • Analyze competitors, partners, and industry events to identify growth opportunities

  • Research market trends to strengthen both paid and organic channels

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of sponsorship proposals

  • Build and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for conference projects

  • Plan and manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and evaluate performance

2. Content & Communications

  • Coordinate external content across website, social media, email, messengers, printed materials, and live formats

  • Prepare clear briefs and technical tasks for the team and contractors

  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging

  • Manage and optimize event landing pages

  • Oversee content distribution across Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

  • Develop video and interview content in collaboration with contractors

3. Advertising & Partnerships

  • Collaborate with the media buying team to launch and optimize advertising campaigns

  • Manage targeted and contextual advertising

  • Monitor campaign performance (ROI, CPC, CPA, CTR, and other key metrics)

  • Develop strategic partnerships and cross-promotion activities

  • Work with information partners on joint content initiatives

4. Speakers & Influencers

  • Identify and attract relevant speakers and industry influencers

  • Coordinate speaker participation together with the event team

  • Contribute to the formation of the event agenda

  • Support promotion and monetization of interviews and speaker content

5. Event Department Collaboration

  • Participate in developing event scenarios and presentation structures

  • Support live broadcast organization

  • Ensure full alignment between marketing strategy and event execution

6. Brand & Representation

  • Participate in the annual brand book update with management and the team

  • Represent the company at relevant industry events and meetings

  • Maintain consistency of brand identity across all communication channels

Requirements

  • Proven experience in building and structuring marketing processes

  • Strong background in multi-channel marketing strategy implementation

  • Experience managing marketing budgets and performance tracking

  • Practical knowledge of targeted and contextual advertising

  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and analytics

  • Experience preparing briefs and managing contractors

  • English level B2 or higher (written and spoken)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work remotely and maintain structured workflows
