Driver Manager (U.S. Logistics Market)

Location: Remote office in Ternopil, Ukraine

Company HQ: Markham, Chicago, IL, USA

Join our professional logistics team at Arka Express — a trusted name in the American trucking industry. We are currently looking for a Planning Manager to support our transportation operations in the U.S. market.

🕒 Work Schedule:

• Mon-Fri
• 3PM — 1:00 AM (Ukrainian time)
• 1 hour break

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a group of drivers daily
• Coordinate schedules, routes, and load assignments
• Maintain regular communication with drivers to support operations
• Resolve issues related to delays, breakdowns, or incidents
• Track and improve on-time delivery performance
• Searching for loads is not part of the responsibilities!

🧾 Requirements:

• Intermediate English or higher (spoken & written)
• Experience in U.S. logistics or trucking is a plus
• Organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Team player with attention to detail
