We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Operations Manager to take control of daily operations and grow with us.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Coordinate drivers and daily workflow
• 📦 Order parts and manage inventory
• 💻 Create and submit invoices (Fullbay System)
• 💰 Track payments and follow up on unpaid invoices
• 🌐 Communicate with U.S.-based customers
• ⚙️ Oversee daily shop operations

🛠 Technical Understanding (Important — but not difficult)

You don’t need prior trailer repair experience, but you must be able to:

• ⚡ Quickly learn how trailer systems and components work (it may sound complex, but in practice it’s straightforward — we will guide you)
• 🔩 Understand basic trailer parts (landing gear, brakes, suspension, doors, etc.)
• 🤝 Coordinate repair processes with mechanics and suppliers
