Primary Responsibilities

  • * Maintain accurate customer information within CRM systems, ensuring all contact details, communication logs, and account statuses are up to date.
  • * Support the sales team by scheduling meetings and coordinating follow-ups.
  • * Monitor and manage shared mailboxes, handling all incoming inquiries received via email and telephone.
  • * Serve as the first point of contact for general customer communication, routing shipment-related or operational inquiries directly to the operations team.
  • * Collect and verify basic customer information needed by the sales team, such as company profiles, service requirements, and initial shipment details.
  • * Coordinate with internal departments, including Operations and Accounting, to ensure requests, questions, and updates are properly relayed.
  • * Manage day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the sales function organized, efficient, and aligned with operational requirements.
