Work schedule (you can choose ONE shift to work permanently):

Option 1: 22:00 — 7:00, Monday-Friday (weekends off)

Option 2: 22:00 — 7:00, Thursday-Sunday (Monday-Wednesday off)

Option 3: 15:00 — 23:00 (Monday-Friday (paid taxi home; weekends off)

Option 4: 07:00 — 14:00 (Monday-Friday (weekends off)

options 3 and 4 are possible only at the KYIV OFFICE (business center ‘Citizen', metro Vasylkivska)

We are currently seeking a talented and highly motivated Logistic Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Track trucks and loads using GPS software
• Communicate with drivers and provide status updates
• Inform dispatchers and brokers about delays or changes
• Help resolve route, traffic or weather-related issues

Requirements

• English proficiency: Intermediate (B1) or higher
• experience in international logistics is a must (*if remotely; but if you are located in Kyiv, previous experience is not required, we will teach you)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• A proactive mindset and ability to work both independently and in a team.
