What Makes This Role Great:

You will be the architect of freight data, directly ensuring accuracy across complex global agreements and mastering the unique Transporeon Freight Audit platform to solve real-world shipping challenges.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Analyze transportation costs and extra charges to ensure all freight data is correct.
• Review and study new rate books to keep our global shipping information up to date.
• Create, test, and approve digital agreements within our specialized systems.
• Use the Transporeon web platform to communicate with customers and solve rate issues.
• Work closely with different international teams to answer questions about shipping agreements.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers.
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and handle several tasks at once.
• A proactive attitude toward solving problems.

Bonus Points For

• Previous experience using Jira.
• General knowledge of the logistics or transportation industry.
