The ideal candidate is proficient in advanced sourcing techniques, able to build long-term relationships with candidates, and has an analytical mindset.
⚫️ Requirements:
🐾 Upper-intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken);
🐾 Previous experience as a Recruiter, preferably in tech industry (0.5−1 year);
🐾 Proven expertise in sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search and professional networks;
🐾 Strong relationship-building skills with ability to promote opportunities and handle candidate objections effectively;
🐾 Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities;
🐾 Self-motivated team player comfortable working independently;
🐾 Experience with ATS/HRM systems.
⚫️ Responsibilities:
🐾 Source and attract global talents, working closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and create effective hiring strategies;
🐾 Conduct interviews (optionally);
🐾 Manage candidate pipelines through ATS and other recruitment tools, ensuring thorough documentation of the recruiting process;
🐾 Implement diverse sourcing methods to identify exceptional candidates across multiple regions;
🐾 Develop and refine sourcing strategies in collaboration with hiring teams, adapting approaches based on results and market conditions;
🐾 Maintain an active talent pool for both current openings and future hiring needs;
🐾 Coordinate with the HR team to ensure smooth handoffs and efficient candidate progression through the interview process;
🐾 Monitor industry trends and conduct regular market research to optimize sourcing approaches and stay competitive in talent acquisition.
