Financial manager

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an accountant, particularly in payroll, bonuses, and employee benefits calculation.
• Hands-on experience working with large volumes of data.
• Solid background in invoice preparation and processing.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Advanced knowledge of working with Excel spreadsheets, Slack, Google Drive, and Gmail.

Will be plus:

• Knowledge of Indian labor and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed reports on payroll and employee benefits.
• Perform reconciliation of tasks and primary data related to payroll processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and correctness of data uploads for payroll and benefits calculation.
• Maintain continuous compliance with regulatory requirements to guarantee timely and accurate payroll disbursement.
