That’s why we’re looking for a Driver Recruiter who is passionate about hiring and retaining drivers for long-term cooperation.

📍 Work format: Remote

🕒 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM — 00:00 AM (Kyiv time)

📌 Responsibilities

• Source and recruit CDL company drivers and owner-operators through job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Focus on hiring drivers who will stay with the company long term — this is our priority.
• Communicate with the HR team and Safety department for smooth hiring processes.
• Communicate with the SMM team about lead quality and recruitment campaigns.
• Build a pool of strong candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and report results.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting (experience in U.S. logistics/trucking recruitment will be a huge plus).
• Fluent English and Ukrainian (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with recruitment tools and social media.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
