Working hours: 23:00—07:00 Offline only.

About Us We’re a rapidly growing U.S.- based logistics and transportation company with a lot of experience moving freight across North America. Our Lviv branch is expanding, and we’re on the lookout for a motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our growing international team.

You don’t need prior logistics experience — we’ll provide complete onboarding and all necessary tools to help you succeed. This is a great chance to build a career in global logistics and become part of a fast-paced, people-focused industry.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and partners by phone and email throughout the day

• Track shipments and assist with dispatch coordination

• Handle incoming calls and provide prompt, accurate information (priority task)

• Update records and maintain data accuracy in internal systems

• Deliver outstanding customer support with a professional, can-do attitude

• Take on additional duties when needed to support the team and operations

What We Expect From You

• Solid computer literacy (knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar tools is a plus)

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to stay focused and efficient under pressure

• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (spoken and written)

• Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn quickly
