Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to questions and comments from followers
• Hide, report, or escalate spam, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Enforce community guidelines and protect brand reputation
• Collaborate with the content and support teams to relay feedback, questions, or trends
• Engage with the audience to encourage healthy conversations and boost engagement
• Flag important or urgent messages for follow-up by other team membersRequirements:
• Proven experience moderating or managing social media accounts
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook (or other relevant platforms)
• Strong sense of judgment, especially in fast-paced or sensitive situations
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly during assigned shifts
• Bonus: Multilingual skills or experience using social media tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite)

Working Hours:

• Flexible hours, but availability during peak engagement times (e.g., evenings, weekends) is a plus.
• You may be asked to cover specific shifts depending on team coverage.
