We are a European company that has been operating in the e-commerce sector for over 7 years. We export both our own products and seasonal goods to more than 14 countries worldwide. Our main sales channels are Amazon, Shopify.

As we strengthen our team, we are looking for a shark in procurement 🦈 — a sharp, driven Procurement Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make a real impact.

Requirements:

☑️ Experience working with e-commerce and an understanding of e-commerce sales processes for 2+ years.

☑️ Successful experience in sourcing suppliers in China and other alternative countries.

☑️ Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and partners to secure the best terms and prices.

☑️ Ability to plan warehouse inventory and prevent stockouts.

☑️ Placing orders and organizing the delivery of goods from point A to point B.

☑️ Strong PC skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Docs / Sheets.

☑️ English proficiency at a B2 level.

Responsibilities:

✔️Ensuring all products are available in sufficient quantities at Amazon warehouses.

✔️Overseeing the production of all new company products.

✔️Quality control of supplied goods.

✔️Managing supplies to warehouses (supply chain management, monitoring all supply-related events, maintaining the order calendar).

✔️Creating a yearly procurement/production schedule.

✔️Maintaining purchasing prices within the specified price range.

✔️Approving procurement budgets.

✔️Controlling payments to suppliers.

✔️Supervising the work of logisticians.

✔️Ensuring the delivery of goods from suppliers to Amazon warehouses in the most efficient manner.

What do we mean in more details:

✔️Planning and ensuring adequate inventory levels at Prep Centers and Amazon warehouses, creating new FBA shipments.

✔️Checking deliveries upon arrival.

✔️Reviewing elements of reorder points and calculating new ones as needed.

✔️Monitoring, adjusting, and updating stock levels at warehouses.

✔️Analyzing the market and selecting the best suppliers to provide quality goods at optimal prices.

✔️Negotiating and finalizing contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with contract terms.

✔️Coordinating with suppliers during the production process.

✔️Receiving samples of ordered products.

✔️Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices.

✔️Conducting inbound performance analysis and resolving incoming issues.

✔️Organizing quality control for all orders.

✔️Implementing new software to optimize the supply chain process (as needed).

✔️Supervising the team and efficiently distributing work among team members.
