We’re looking for someone who treats procurement as a craft: someone who can negotiate hard, plan ahead, and keep inventory flowing without missing a beat.

The role

You’ll own the full procurement cycle — from supplier sourcing and negotiation to inventory planning and warehouse coordination. This is a high-ownership role with real visibility: your decisions directly affect product availability, margins, and launch timelines.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Maintain optimal inventory levels across Prep Centers and Amazon FBA warehouses; create and manage FBA shipments
• Oversee production of new products from order placement through delivery and quality sign-off
• Source and evaluate suppliers in China and alternative markets; negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
• Build and maintain the annual procurement and production calendar
• Monitor reorder points, adjust stock levels proactively, and prevent stockouts before they happen
• Coordinate with suppliers throughout the production process; receive and review samples
• Conduct inbound performance analysis and resolve supply-chain issues as they arise
• Manage supplier payments and maintain purchasing costs within approved budgets
• Supervise logistics team members and coordinate efficient delivery to Amazon warehouses
• Implement tools or process improvements to optimize the supply chain where needed

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce procurement or supply chain
• Proven track record sourcing suppliers in China and negotiating favorable terms
• Strong inventory planning skills — you anticipate gaps, not just react to them
• Comfort working with data: Excel, Google Sheets, order management systems
• English at B2 level or higher — you’ll be communicating with international suppliers daily
• High ownership mindset: you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
