Logistics, Purchasing Manager (Amazon, FBA, USA, Canada, UK)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Logistics and Purchasing.
• Experience managing supply chains for Amazon US, Canada, and UK marketplaces.
• Experience with Shopify and TikTok Shop.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Chinese language skills are a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing and supplier relationships.
• Coordinate production and movement of components between suppliers in China through final assembly.
• Track orders from raw materials to production, assembly, and delivery to Amazon FBA.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenishment planning across Amazon, and later Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and inspection partners.
• Ensure production timelines and shipments stay on schedule.
• Resolve supply chain and logistics issues proactively.
• Reconcile inventory
• Keep track of payments
• Work closely with accountant to pay invoices
• Keep track of inventory and payments in the system
