Our company is growing rapidly and continuously expanding our operations and project volume. We manage the full project cycle — from measurements and preparation to final installation.

What You’ll Do

• Support installers before, during, and after installations
• Help resolve issues at the store or customer’s home in real time
• Assist with missing materials, order questions, or scope clarifications
• Translate between installer, customer, and store when needed
• Review installer schedules in advance and ensure all details are correct
• Coordinate with stores regarding orders, corrections, or approvals

• Starting pay: from 24,500. We guarantee steady salary growth as you learn and take on more responsibilities
• 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM (New York time, EST) or 3:00 PM — 12:00 AM (Kyiv time)
• Occasional availability after hours may be required to support installers in case of urgent issues
