Big City HVAC & Appliance Repair (bigcityhomeservice.com) is a San Diego based company specializing in HVAC and appliance repair. We work with private customers and large Home Warranty providers. We are now looking for a Home Warranty Department Manager to join our team.

Who we’re looking for and what you’ll do?

We’re seeking a responsible and well-structured manager to oversee Home Warranty operations!

Key responsibilities —

  • Assign and monitor technicians' jobs (schedules, service areas, workload).
  • Monitor SLA compliance, shift efficiency, and daily job statuses.
  • Handle conflict resolution with customers and technicians.
  • Prepare reports for insurance companies and track KPIs.
  • Improve workflows and cross-department collaboration.
  • Build partnerships with new Home Warranty providers and maintain existing ones.

  • Business hours aligned with San Diego (09:00—18:00 PST/EST).
  • Salary up to $1,200/month (base + KPI + bonuses).
  • Training and mentorship during onboarding.

Requirements —

  • Experience in appliance repair, HVAC, home services, or related B2B fields.
  • Strong dispatching skills: scheduling, routing, and workload planning.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Excel/Google Sheets (analytics required).
  • English — Advanced, Russian — required.
  • Personal qualities: self-organization, resilience, structured thinking, flexibility, decision-making skills.
