Here’s what makes you a great fit for this role:

  • Sales Experience: 3+ years in B2C sales with a proven record of closing deals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English (minimum B2), clear and confident on the phone.
  • Inbound & Outbound Calls: Comfortable managing high-volume inbound calls and making 55+ outbound calls daily.
  • Objection Handling: Skilled at overcoming customer resistance and converting inquiries into sales.
  • Technology Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems to track sales and coordination activities.
  • Detail & Multitasking: Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks like quotes, appointments, and follow-ups without losing focus.
  • Team Spirit: Works collaboratively while keeping customer satisfaction front and center.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handle inbound leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
  • Follow sales processes, respond to leads promptly, and keep CRM records accurate.
  • Increase revenue through upsells, service packages, and additional offerings.
  • Ensure high service quality by minimizing errors and retaining customers who request cancellations.
