AI Creative Director / AI Content Creator

We are looking for a highly creative AI specialist who can build the complete content direction for a fast-growing company. This is not a traditional SMM position. We need someone who understands modern AI tools, visual storytelling, marketing psychology, and can create content that attracts attention and generates leads.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality AI-generated images and videos.
• Produce short-form content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
• Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks, and storyboards.
• Build a consistent visual identity and brand style.
• Create realistic AI videos, product presentations, and promotional content.
• Design advertising creatives focused on conversions.
• Generate AI voiceovers and avatars when appropriate.
• Work with the marketing team to improve campaign performance.
• Analyze content performance and continuously improve engagement.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI tools and industry trends.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with AI content creation.
• Advanced prompt engineering.
• Experience with image, video, and audio generation tools.
• Understanding of marketing, branding, and consumer psychology.
• Experience creating viral short-form content.
• Ability to edit videos professionally.
• Experience with graphic design and visual composition.
• Strong English reading skills (written communication is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Equivalent tools are also acceptable if the candidate can demonstrate similar results.

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience creating content for service businesses.
• Knowledge of SEO and AI search optimization.
• Experience with automation platforms such as Make, n8n, or UiPath.
• Experience working with AI agents or chatbot systems.
