Civil Engineer (Revit, Autodesk 3D)

Company: On behalf of our client, US based Design and Engineering company, specializes in developing plans for single family houses, multi residential and commercial. Their comprehensive services encompass architectural design, engineering solutions, and integrated plan management.

Location: Remote (Candidates from Ukraine)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2−3 years of professional experience in residential and commercial site design.

Technical Skills:

• Good understanding of grading, retaining wall, and drainage design.
• Familiarity with water and sewer site piping design principles.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D and Revit.

Regulatory Knowledge:

• Familiarity with the International Building, Plumbing, and Fire Codes.
• Awareness of fundamental U.S. design and documentation practices, including imperial units and standard drawing conventions.

Communication and Coordination:

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken), with the ability to read and prepare technical documentation in English.

• Ability to work remotely and independently, while maintaining clear communication and coordination with U.S.-based engineers.

• Experience using cloud collaboration platforms such as Autodesk BIM 360 for drawing and model exchange.

General Competence:

• Ability to interpret and prepare engineering drawings, grading plans, and quantity summaries according to U.S. professional standards.

• Commitment to following company CAD/BIM standards, layer naming conventions, and file management protocols.
