    Profisea is an Israeli DevOps and Cloud boutique company providing end-to-end services in DevOps, Cloud, GitOps, FinOps, and Kubernetes-based infrastructure. For more than nine years, we’ve been helping businesses of all sizes — from startups to large enterprises — stay innovative, efficient, and secure in the cloud.

    We are now looking for a motivated and energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their recruitment career who wants to learn, grow, and develop in a dynamic IT environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical positions.
    • Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking.
    • Create engaging job descriptions and posts that attract the right talent.
    • Communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, and ensure a great candidate experience.
    • Keep our recruitment database and ATS up to date
    • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and social media content.
    • Learn and apply best practices in IT recruitment.

    Requirements

    • Strong interest in HR, recruitment, or IT — no prior experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Upper-intermediate level.
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to take initiative.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job platforms will be an advantage.
