Our advanced technology provides real-time access to products via XML, online portals, and white-label solutions. With a diverse, multicultural team, we deliver innovative solutions and 24/7 service to our partners.

    We are seeking a well-connected Sales Assistant to expand Yanolja Go Global’s across Ukraine.

    As a Sales Assistant, you will work closely with the Business Development Manager for the Ukrainian market, providing a broad range of support and services throughout the sales lifecycle. Your contributions and attention to detail are vital to the company’s success and client satisfaction.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Assist the Sales Manager in meeting the company’s sales goals.
    • Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager.
    • Prepare statistics and reports using the Qlik Sense program; track and follow up on the sales process.
    • Complete and send contracts to new customers via the DocuSign platform.
    • Manage and document account activities on work management platforms such as Monday.com, including reviewing, generating, and converting leads into new customers.
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our online hotel, transfer, flight, and car rental booking platform to assist with customer inquiries via phone and email, coordinating with the relevant departments.
    • Create, set up, and modify accounts on the Go Global Travel platform; handle new user activation requests via email, and initiate follow-up calls.
    • Conduct occasional market research to identify new potential customers and initiate introductory calls.
    • Provide customer service and collaborate with other departments (finance, technical, legal, etc.).
    • Communicate development initiatives to the Sales Manager.
    • Keep up to date with product knowledge and the company’s goals and vision.
    • Participate in sales events and conferences (occasional foreign travel).
    • Plan and organize meetings and appointments.

    Expectations:

    Language Skills:

    • English: Upper Intermediate (C1)
    • Ukrainian: Proficient (C2)
    • Other languages will be an advantage

    Requirements and Skills:

    • Experience in the tourism industry is required.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Strong sales and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Responsible, reliable, and proactive attitude.
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
    • Strong administrative and writing skills.
    • High degree of discretion when handling confidential information.
