Customer & Operation Support Representative

Work schedule: Full-time time 9−6 pm Israel orUS East Coast time zones

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide high-quality

support for users of a technology platform.

The role includes answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, guiding

users and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

This is a customer-facing role within a tech environment, requiring strong

communication skills and comfort working with digital tools.

Responsibilities

● Provide support to users via chat, email, or phone.

● Handle incoming support requests from customers and couriers.

● Resolve issues related to orders, delays, missing items, cancellations,

or failed deliveries.

● Maintain a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and clarity in

communication.

Requirements

● Previous experience in customer support/operations is an advantage.

● Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

● Ability to multitask and manage several ongoing cases in real time.

● Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

● Comfortable working with digital tools, apps, and support dashboards.

● Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.

● High level of English (or other required languages).

● Availability for shift-based work or different time zones

Nice to Have

● Experience with support systems (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk,

HubSpot).

● Familiarity with SaaS or mobile app environments.

● Basic understanding of how tech products work (users, flows, settings,

permissions).

● Strong customer-centric mindset
