Salary: 350 USD base + 300 USD bonus for each closed deal

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday: 11:00—20:00 (Dubai Time)
• Saturday: 11:00—18:00 (Dubai Time)
• Sunday: Day off

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Telesales & Business Development Specialist to join our real estate team in Dubai. This role is focused on communication via WhatsApp—aimed at building strong business relationships, generating leads, and supporting property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and maintain communication with property owners and potential buyers via WhatsApp.
• Build, expand, and maintain a solid network of business connections within the Dubai real estate market.
• Engage prospects, present available properties, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
• Monitor market trends, price updates, and new listings to offer clients accurate and relevant information.
• Maintain organized and detailed records in Excel, CRM, and internal databases.
• Support sales agents with client coordination, follow-ups, and document flow.
• Contribute to the overall business development strategy, helping the company access new segments and partnership opportunities.
• Work toward meeting and exceeding performance indicators and assisting in closing property deals.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) by successfully negotiating and closing transactions.
