Operations Room Officer, Watchkeeper

Safer Access is a Canadian-owned, Ukrainian-led company that has been operating since 2018 in the fields of security, training, and specialized transportation. Since 2022, we have maintained an office in Ukraine, supporting humanitarian, diplomatic, and corporate missions across the country and abroad. Due to our expanding operations, we are opening a position for an Operations Room Officer (Watchkeeper).

Requiremnts:

• Fluent Ukrainian and English (minimum B1/B2) — for phone consultations and written updates.
• Readiness to work both day and night shifts.
• Experience in monitoring, dispatching, security, client support, or related fields is an advantage.
• Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong digital literacy: proficient with smartphones, messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Signal, Telegram), and online tools.
• Ability to quickly process information and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Stress resilience, attention to detail, responsibility, and discipline.
• Ability to communicate clearly and politely under increased workload.
• Motivation to learn and develop within the fields of security and operational processes.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based role in central Kyiv — a 5-minute walk from Zoloti Vorota metro station.
• Shift schedule: 8:00−20:00 or 20:00−8:00 (pre-scheduled shift rotation).
• All necessary equipment provided: computer, smartphone, access to monitoring systems.
• Comfortable working environment and strong support from the security, logistics, and administrative teams.

Responsibilities:

• Alerting clients about air-raid warnings and providing real-time updates, recommendations, and clarifications via WhatsApp, Signal, and other platforms.
• Monitoring the security situation across Ukraine, analyzing sources, and responding promptly to changes.
• Preparing morning and evening security reports.
• Monitoring company trips according to established routes — maintaining communication with drivers and overseeing safety during movements.
• Providing phone consultations in Ukrainian and English.
• Adhering to internal protocols, communication standards, and security procedures.
• Responding to unusual or critical situations and escalating information to relevant departments.
• Coordinating with the operations, transport, and security teams.
• Supporting office operations and assisting with administrative and organizational tasks.
