Project Manager for an international blockchain company

Prof-IT https://prof-it.bz/about is a company that has been developing and promoting projects and releasing them to the market for more than 12 years. At the moment, we are looking for an employee for the position of Product Manager in the crypto project development team

Overview: This position involves defining the vision for the product line, developing product strategy, managing and prioritizing the task backlog and processes, overseeing all stages of product development, assessing progress, and improving the product portfolio.

Requirements:

• At least 1+years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of systems and Web development process. Able to understand technical terms and system design considerations.
• Understanding of marketing and tokenomics (crypto) principles.
• Proven experience in successfully launching products with a large audience.
• Native Ukrainian.
• Background in computer science
• Ability to work in a team and effectively communicate with various departments.
• Analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to quickly adapt and rethink current product functions and strategies.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and forecasts, project resource plans, and status reports.

Responsibilities:

• communication with the customer, requirements refining and polishing;
• defining project objectives, scope and estimated timeline;
• defining project requirements, preparing technical documentation;
• managing production process throughout whole project lifecycle;
• daily reporting;
• ensuring timely delivery at each project stage;
• ensuring that each stage of the project is delivered within the budget defined;
• management and consulting of team members.
