Trainee, Junior Hardware Engineer

You will work on long-term product development (smart home controllers) as well as outsourced projects for various clients — giving exposure to diverse electronics designs and real production challenges.

👨‍💻 About the Role

We are looking for a Trainee / Junior Hardware Engineer to join our team and work on the development of electronic devices, from schematic design to prototype testing.

We are ready to train motivated candidates, including those without commercial experience, if you have a strong interest in electronics, circuit design, and embedded systems.

🧩 Responsibilities

• Design electronic circuits and select components for devices;
• Create schematics (primarily in Altium Designer);
• Design printed circuit boards (PCBs);
• Prototype circuits on development boards;
• Test prototypes and modules;
• Prepare manufacturing documentation for PCB production;
• Develop technical documentation for devices;
• Participate in both long-term product projects and outsourced client projects.

✅ What We Expect

• Technical education or strong technical background in electronics or related fields;
• Ability to read electrical schematics;
• Ability to read technical documentation / datasheets in English;
• Understanding of analog and digital electronics;
• Basic knowledge of microcontrollers and their interfaces/protocols;
• Basic experience with PCB design software: KiCad, Altium Designer, DipTrace, PCAD, etc;
• Curiosity, responsibility, and proactive attitude;
• Motivation to learn and grow in electronics engineering;
• English level B1 or higher (spoken and written).

⭐ Nice to Have (Optional)

• Experience with electronics prototyping, testing, repair, or production;
• Knowledge of 3D modeling software: Fusion 360, SolidWorks;
• Basic programming skills: Python, C.
