HR Manager (USA Market)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our team and work with the US market. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communication, recruiting, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Well-organized and stress-resistant
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Openness to feedback and willingness to learn
• High level of motivation and responsibility
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Confident PC user: MS Office (Excel), internet navigation
• Experience in sales or recruiting is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting and sourcing new candidates
• Conducting interviews and onboarding/orientation for new hires
• Collecting, checking, and maintaining required documentation
• Effective communication and timely follow-ups with candidates
• Building and maintaining positive business relationships
• Maintaining and updating the internal database
• Multitasking between incoming phone calls and email correspondence
