Опис вакансії

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in dispatching, coordination, or administrative roles (preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • High level of responsibility and attention to detail

  • Confident computer user; experience with CRM systems and messengers

  • English level: Advance (client communication)

  • Russian: Intermediate or higher (communication with cleaners)

  • Experience in customer service or phone sales is a plus

Work conditions:

  • Fully remote position
  • Working hours: 9:00 AM — 6:00 PM (USA Pacific Time)

  • Full-time or part-time employment options

  • Salary: 32,000−40,000 UAH (fixed base + commission)

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process client requests via phone, messengers, and email
  • Create, manage, and coordinate cleaning schedules
  • Communicate with and support the cleaning team
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare reports
  • Monitor task completion and ensure service quality
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service
