Remote Sales Representative

This is a remote job with 9−6 EST time zone working time.

What skills you need:

  • Proven experience in sales
  • Glass, windows and door industries experience required
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially for remote collaboration
  • Familiarity with any CRM software and sales analytics tools (Jobber, HCP, Monday.com)
  • Fluent English

What will you do:

  • Work warm leads, inbound/outbound communication, mainly calls
  • Sell products and services: glass, windows and door, parts, hardware, maintenance
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Establish and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, proposals, contracts, collaborate with ops team
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM system
