Опис вакансії

Requirements:

Previous experience in accounting or billing in a trucking company is preferred
Understanding of working with factoring companies
Comfortable working with numbers, invoices, and financial data
Good level of English (clear communication is required; native-level not necessary)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Work conditions:

Mon — Fri 8:00 AM — 4:00 PM (CST Chicago Time) (15:00—23:00 local time)

Responsibilities:

Handle billing and invoicing processes
Work closely with the accounting department on daily tasks
Assist with account reconciliation and basic financial reporting
