Requirements:

Previous experience as a Safety Specialist or in a similar safety/compliance role in USA logistics
Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations
Good level of English (written and spoken; fluent not required)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work conditions:

Monday — Friday 8:00 AM — 4:00 PM (CST Chicago Time)

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Safety Manager on safety programs and procedures
Monitor driver compliance and safety performance
Assist with accident reports, investigations, and follow-ups
Maintain safety records and documentation
Support DOT and FMCSA compliance requirements
Communicate with the designated parties
