Job Title: Accounting Data Entry Specialist / Financial Controller Support

Salary: USD 1,400−1,600 per month

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Data Entry Specialist to support a U.S.-based Financial Controller of the automotive spare parts store keeping company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting data entry, financial recordkeeping, and using QuickBooks Online. This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. The position is full-time and remote, with a flexible schedule that allows overlapping hours with the U.S.-based controller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and maintain accounting and financial data in QuickBooks Online

• Support the U.S.-based Financial Controller with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger tasks

• Reconcile bank statements and account balances

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

• Prepare supporting documentation for transactions and reporting

• Communicate effectively with the U.S.-based Financial Controller regarding accounting tasks and discrepancies

Essential Requirements:

• Prior experience in accounting data entry or supporting a financial controller

• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and other accounting software

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations)

• Good English skills, both written and spoken

• Full-time availability with a flexible schedule, overlapping some hours with a U.S.-based Financial Controller (evening hours for Ukraine-based candidates)
