    ABOUT US:

    Our team does a lot of translation and language localisation projects for our customer, who is the European leader in professional translations and is one of the most dynamic businesses in the industry.

    The company has a presence in 14 countries and on 3 continents (Europe, North America, and Asia) and distinguishes itself by its multi-local market approach, a unique trait that made it the preferred partner for many companies around the globe. The role would largely be connected with supporting with public clients using our Over the Phone Interpreting and Video Interpreting platforms OPI/VRI but also ad hoc administrative support for the DACH team in general.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Interpretation Support:

    • Provide support for public clients using OPI (Over-the-Phone Interpreting) and VRI (Video Remote Interpreting) platforms.
    • Monitor and process data from OPI systems for integration into project management system — Tempo Handle interpreter task management in our PM tool Tempo, including invoice processing.

    Interpreter Coordination:

    • Serve as a point of contact for interpreter invoices and operational queries.
    • Handle interpreter onboarding and provide ongoing support.

    Customer Service:

    • Address customer queries and act as a point of contact for escalations or complaints. Engage with customers and support with queries.

    Ad Hoc Project Assistance:

    • Support ad hoc projects, including communication with technical equipment suppliers and interpreters for transactional projects.

    MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

    • Proficiency in both German and English.
    • Strong communication and organisational skills.
    • Office 365 skills — particularly excel.
    • Will be a plus: experience with CRM systems.
    • Will be a plus: working experience in project management, business administration or customer service (preferably in a Language Service Provider company).
