Mission of the Role

Your mission is to manage the full development and implementation cycle of innovative features (API, App, Firmware), ensure team alignment, release quality, and solution scalability. You will be a key driver of product evolution, directly impacting agribusiness efficiency and sustainable agriculture.

Areas of Responsibility

• Lead projects for the development of API, mobile/web applications, and embedded firmware — from concept to release
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Backend, Embedded, Mobile/Web, QA)
• Manage AI features (Climate Summary, AI Agronomist/Support), weather integration, advanced pump/valve logic
• Organize integrations with external devices and systems (via API)
• Plan and control releases across Develop/Stage/Production environments
• Build processes for collecting and analyzing feedback and prepare case studies
• Prepare documentation, train users, and support deployments at large-scale sites

Key Tasks

• Form and maintain a unified backlog, prioritize tasks by business value and technical risk
• Decompose tasks, set goals using SMART/OKR, control deadlines and quality
• Organize and conduct regular syncs, retrospectives, demos, and release rituals
• Implement modern project management practices: Agile/Scrum/Kanban, e2e testing
• Manage changes: release planning, rollbacks, Known Issues, Disaster Recovery
• Maintain project documentation, checklists
• Analyze success metrics

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing IT projects (preferably App, IoT, SaaS, AI, AgriTech)
• Proven track record in cross-team project management (API, App, Firmware, QA, DevOps)
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD, release management
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum/Kanban and Jira/Confluence
• Ability to work with metrics, analytics and collect case studies
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (international team communication)
• Nice to have: experience in AgriTech, automation, hardware products, or basic agronomy knowledge
