About the company

We are one of the leading watch strap brands globally, operating fully online and serving customers worldwide. Our company is fast-growing, young, and performance-driven, with high standards and a strong focus on execution and customer experience.

Customer support is a core function of our business, not an afterthought.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries only via email

  • Manage orders, customers, and cases directly in Shopify

  • Assist with shipping updates, order questions, exchanges, and general support

  • Follow internal support procedures and response guidelines

  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and efficiently

  • Handle a high volume of tickets while maintaining quality and accuracy

This is a written support role. No call center work.

Requirements:

  • Experience in e-commerce customer support

  • Shopify experience is a strong advantage

  • Excellent written English

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable internet connection and strong computer skills

  • Young, motivated, and growth-oriented mindset

Work conditions:

  • Remote position

  • Sunday to Friday

  • 8:00 AM — 6:00 PM

  • 6 days per week

  • Structured schedule and clear expectations

This role requires focus, responsibility, and professionalism.
