Junior product, project manager

What you will do:

• Assist in the development, launch, and ongoing improvement of software products for small and medium-sized businesses worldwide.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, marketers, and other teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Analyze user needs, market trends, and competitor insights to help shape product requirements and features.
• Support product roadmap planning, prioritization of backlog items, and definition of user stories.
• Monitor and control project timelines, track progress of development stages, testing, and deployment to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate tasks across teams, manage risks, and resolve blockers during the product development lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to align on goals and expectations.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies (where applicable).
• Prepare status reports, update project documentation, and contribute to post-launch product analytics and iterations.
• Continuously learn new methodologies and approaches in product and project management.
